Untouched beaches, natural waterfalls and picturesque towns - what a relaxing way to explore Cuba, the capital of laid-back life!

Begin your trip in beautiful Santa Clara - famous for its important revolutionary landmarks and the final resting place of Che Guevara. Nearby is the stunning Cayo Las Brujas where you can kick back and relax on its 11km of pristine beaches and dip a toe in the crystal clear waters - pure bliss! You will also stop off at the tranquil town of Remedios and soak up the relaxed vibes whilst enjoying the striking architecture.

UNESCO declared Trinidad is next, but en route visit El Cubano Park known for its nature walks, wildlife, lakes and much more! Take a tour of Trinidad the next day and enjoy the incredible surroundings of this beautiful city.

You just have time to wonder the streets of 'The Pearl of the South' Cienfuegos before heading back to the capital!

Itinerary

Day 1: Havana -Santa Clara
Travel from Havana to Santa Clara where the first stop will be for lunch at a local restaurant! Santa Clara is a beautiful city famous for its important revolutionary landmarks and the final resting place of Che Guevara. Enjoy a tour of the city visiting; Ernesto Che Guevara Square where the famous ‘Mausoleum of Che’ is located and the significant Armored Train monument. Continue with an excellent panoramic tour to really get a feel for the city before dinner at your hotel.

Day 2: Santa Clara - Cayo Las Brujas - Santa Clara
Today enjoy an excursion to Cayo Las Brujas, stopping en route in the city of Remedios. A tranquil and pretty town, Remedios has some striking architecture and a laid-back attitude! Continue to the stunning Cayo las Brujas - with 11 km of pristine beaches and shimmering, crystal-clear waters, this a paradise! You have the rest of the day to enjoy the spectacular beach including a special ‘Sailor's lunch’. After a day of relaxation, head back to your hotel in Santa Clara for dinner.

Day 3: Santa Clara - El Cubano Park - Trinidad
El Cubano Park is a serene and picturesque area, and is home to a large protected park containing nature walks, waterfalls, lakes and an abundance of wildlife and Cuban flora and fauna. Enjoy lunch in the lush green surroundings of the park before travelling on to Trinidad for dinner at your hotel.

Day 4: Trinidad - Cienfuegos – Havana/Varadero
Declared an UNESCO heritage site, the atmospheric city of Trinidad has a lot to offer! During your city tour, visit the Romantic Museum and Bar la Canchánchara for a typical welcome cocktail. Continue to Cienfuegos, known as the ‘Pearl of the South’! to explore its beautiful streets and avenues founded by the French. During your visit, you will see the Martí Park, Tomas Terry Theater, Casa de Bienes Culturales and Cathedral of the Purísima Concepció with lunch at a local restaurant The day will end in Havana/ Varadero.

    International Flights
    Getting to Cuba is straightforward from most areas of the world, but you may find that the choice is bewildering, or you’re not sure about the easiest route. Tango Tours are experienced in planning flights and we are very happy to advise you on the different choices available. Because prices tend to increase closer to your departure date, we advise that you buy your international flight tickets as soon as you have made a decision about your trip. As an ATOL bonded tour operator, we can assist in your purchase of international flights. In fact, your entire tour can be protected under our ATOL licence by booking your international flight with us. Please note that 100% of your flight ticket price is payable on tour confirmation and is non-refundable.

    Internal Flights
    As with international flights, Tango Tours' friendly and knowledgeable staff are on hand to book your internal flights. Our ATOL licence will protect your whole tour if your internal flights are purchased through us. Please note that flights are non-refundable and 100% of your flight ticket price is payable on tour confirmation.

    Payment
    To confirm your booking with Tango Tours, we require a payment of 20% of the ground-based arrangements and 100% of all flights booked with us. The remaining balance of your tour is then payable 10 weeks prior to departure. For any bookings made within these 10 weeks, the full amount is payable.
