Beautiful Soroa offers an tranquil haven - home to orchids and other tropical plants towering high all around, take a walk through this spectacular wilderness ending at a crystal clear natural waterfall. After your walk, head on to the famous Viñales Valley.
Located in Pinar del Río, the Viñales Valley is a must-see for any nature lover visiting Cuba. Take a boat trip, soak in the dramatic views and observe some unbelievable prehistoric art, before heading onto Havana for your onward travel or extend your stay with another tour!
Day 1: Havana – La Terrazas - Soroa
Travel from Havana to the stunning surroundings of the eco-village ‘La Terrazas’! This UNESCO Biosphere reserve is an eco-friendly activity centre located on an old coffee plantation. Spend the day in this wild and picturesque area visiting the local community, exploring the village and, if you are brave enough, even take a ‘canopy tour’! Have lunch at local restaurant, and cool off in the waters of the San Juan River before continuing onto Soroa for dinner at your hotel.
Day 2: Soroa- Viñales
Soroa is an exquisite area of Cuba that is very popular with both visitors and locals alike due to its stunning natural surroundings. During your tour see beautiful orchids and other tropical plants towering high all around you and visit the amazing waterfall that will take your breath away! After lunch in a local restaurant, continue to Viñales to visit Casa del Veguero Montesino, which has been in the hands of the same family for three generations, one of Cuba's best-known tobacco producers. Dinner will be served at your hotel in Viñales.
Day 3: Viñales- Havana
Today, take a tour into the stunning Viñales Valley in Pinar del Río. The stretching lush greenness of the area is truly spectacular and is where the best tobacco in the world is grown. Enjoy the tour through the valley, visiting the Mural of Prehistory en route before lunch at a local restaurant. Following lunch, there is an optional visit to La Cueva del Indio (The Indian cave) which showcases incredibly preserved evidence of prehistoric art. Return to Havana.

Because prices tend to increase closer to your departure date, we advise that you buy your international flight tickets as soon as you have made a decision about your trip. As an ATOL bonded tour operator, we can assist in your purchase of international flights. In fact, your entire tour can be protected under our ATOL licence by booking your international flight with us. Please note that 100% of your flight ticket price is payable on tour confirmation and is non-refundable.
As with international flights, Tango Tours' friendly and knowledgeable staff are on hand to book your internal flights. Our ATOL licence will protect your whole tour if your internal flights are purchased through us. Please note that flights are non-refundable and 100% of your flight ticket price is payable on tour confirmation.
To confirm your booking with Tango Tours, we require a payment of 20% of the ground-based arrangements and 100% of all flights booked with us. The remaining balance of your tour is then payable 10 weeks prior to departure. For any bookings made within these 10 weeks, the full amount is payable.
